CCE was employed to undertake all infrastructure, roads, drainage, parking areas, substructures and hard landscaping for this development of new homes in Alkerden and part of Ebbsfleet Garden City.
Key Issues and how they were managed:
The build sequence and access road arrangements were particularly difficult for this project and a strategy to incorporate haul roads for access has been key to its success.

Works continue on budget and are meeting the occupation strategy and programme.
