We have also completed extensive 278 works to the main road, widening the Chestfield roundabout & upgrading creating new footpaths to the local area.
We have created a large attenuation lagoon to cater for the development’s storm water management.

• Early roads, sewers & services to alleviate site access & site operations
• Adoptable drainage & road system, involving close liaison with the local authorities
• Service diversions on the roundabout to allow road widening.

• 50% of roads complete by October 2022 to give access/maintain cleanliness on & off site

• Use of Marshall’s perfect manhole systems to avoid unnecessary confined space entries & to speed up drainage operations
• Early dialogue with service providers to avoid delays to service diversions
• In-house tarmac surfacing & 278 team to provide a far more flexible & reliable service for these works
• Tried & tested labour force that work efficiently & affectively on all work faces.
