CCE is delighted to announce that it has agreed contracts with leading new homes developer Kitewood Estates, for phase 2b of Grasmere Gardens. The next phase will see the delivery of 29 high-quality homes, further expanding the community at Grasmere Gardens in Chestfield, Whitstable.
Following the successful negotiation with Kitewood, Chartway has secured the main groundworks and external works contract. Construction is set to begin in October, with an estimated duration of 52 weeks. This new phase builds upon the work already underway at the site on phases 1 -2a, where Kitewood & CCE began construction in January 2023.
The new homes in this phase will include a mix of two, three, and four bedroom houses offered through shared ownership and Affordable Rent in partnership with Moat.
