CCE is delighted to announce its first partnership with Kent-based contractor, Baxall Construction Ltd and appointment on the Rochester Independent College project. This new business relationship marks the beginning of a new and exciting journey, and the result of collaborative discussions between the two companies.
CCE, part of the Chartway Partnerships Group, submitted a competitive bid for the prestigious Rochester Independent College project through a competitive tender process. As the project’s design and scope evolved, Baxall Construction recognised our valued approach and decided to engage CCE fully in the process, providing greater cost and programme certainty.
Rochester Independent College, secured planning to refurbish existing buildings of historical importance to create, teaching facilities and 49-bedroom boarding facility, on the historic Rochester High Street.
CCE has been appointed by Baxall Construction Ltd to undertake a complex works package that encompasses substructures, drainage, and various challenging construction activities, as well as work within the existing building.
