The works comprised earthworks cut and fill, dwelling substructures, retaining wall construction, car parking areas and hard landscaping works over four independent parcels land on the Castle Hill, Ebbsfleet site.
Key Issues and how they were managed: The build sequence was a key issue to ensure that habitable plots became available in conjunction with the provision of access and parking areas. The logistics during the process had to be carefully considered to maintain storage ares afor materials ond access to the required locations around the individual plots.
Successful Outcomes and key targets and project measures: Works are on course for completion in the first quarter of 2023.
