Chilmington Green – Phase 2b
Following other previous engagements by our client Hodson, CCE were engaged to complete the service installations, hard landscaping and retaining walls to their new housing development in Chilmington Green, Ashford.
Key Issues and how they were managed: From previous experience this particular site is prone to a high water table and flooding and therefore the surface water management was key to producing a finish to the expected very high standard.
Successful Outcomes and Key targets and project measures: The works were completed to meet the programme expectations of the client.
