Following other previous engagements by our client Hodson, CCE were engaged to complete the service installations, hard landscaping and retaining walls to their new housing development in Chilmington Green, Ashford.
Chestfield, Whitstable
CCE are contracted to build storm lagoons & storm outfalls, roads, sewers & external works to properties once built. We have also completed extensive 278 works to the main road, widening the Chestfield roundabout & upgrading creating new footpaths to the local area.
Headcorn
Undertaken on behalf of Chartway Group, the works at Ulcombe Road, Headcorn included a complex build sequence and phasing, making programming and planning an essential focus for the success of this project.
Coxheath, Maidstone
An expansive cut and fill exercise was carried out on this project to cater for surface water lagoons, play areas and network of footpaths for public use. CCE also carried out the roads and infrastructure works together with substructures for the dwellings and hard landscaping areas.
Ebbsfleet
CCE was employed to undertake all infrastructure, roads, drainage, parking areas, substructures and hard landscaping for phases I and L of the new homes development in Alkerden, part of Ebbsfleet Garden City.

Linden Farm is a development of 74 units, including 21 shared ownership and 53 affordable rented homes within the village of Coxheath.
